I had a lovely stay at this hotel with some standout features but also a couple of downsides. The rooms were nice and comfortable, although the shower stall felt a bit small. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, especially during my last-minute flight back to the UK. The location was peaceful and close to Florence and wineries, although a bit far from the city center. The dining experience was fabulous with a view of the Tuscan hills. Overall, great value for money with a few minor inconveniences.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, and I even had a smart phone to use during my visit. The service was top-notch, professional, helpful, and always friendly. The location was great with a serene atmosphere, and the dining experience was excellent. The facilities were outstanding with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel offered spotless and beautifully comfortable rooms with a daily fresh turn down service, a wonderful balcony, but had a faulty toilet that we reported to reception. The service was excellent, continuing the tradition of great service at this elegant but relaxed Tuscan Villa, with fine dining options in the restaurant although portions were overly generous. The location, nestled among stunning rolling hills, offered a peaceful getaway close to the city center of Firenze. The dining experience was pleasant, and the facilities were well-maintained.

I had a pleasant stay overall at this hotel, a 4-star gem that shines like a 5-star in many ways. While the rooms could use a little renovation and had some limitations like no personal aircon control and outdated shower facilities, they were still spacious, clean, and cozy. The staff at reception refused to provide an iron/board citing 'health and safety' reasons. The price was reasonable considering the quality and size of the rooms.

The hotel was gorgeous and really comfortable, but it could have been more spacious. After my complaint, I was allocated a room with two small beds, dressers, closet space, and a small refrigerator. The service went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially the bar tenders and shuttle driver, even though not all flavor combinations were right. The location allowed for various ways to reach Florence, although experiencing rainy weather kept us from enjoying the pool directly. The dining experience was excellent with a wide variety of options, including cold cuts, caprese, fresh fruits, and hot dishes such as scrambled eggs and bacon. The facilities were great, offering everything one would need during their stay.
